Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by VASTA LUXE. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Bank wire transfer (for orders above ₹5,00,000)
• UPI and Net Banking (India only)

Bespoke Orders

Bespoke and made-to-order items require a 50% deposit at the time of order, with the remaining balance due before shipping. Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. VASTA LUXE is not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect packages upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

Returns & Refunds

Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions. Bespoke, made-to-order, and limited edition items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of VASTA LUXE or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written consent from VASTA LUXE.

The VASTA LUXE name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of VASTA LUXE S.r.l. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary depending on your monitor settings, and slight variations in materials and craftsmanship are inherent to handmade luxury goods.

These variations are not defects and contribute to the unique character of each VASTA LUXE piece.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VASTA LUXE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
