Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom-tailored and bespoke items are non-refundable once production has begun. These pieces are created exclusively for you and cannot be resold. Please contact us before placing a custom order if you have any concerns.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Refund
