Return Policy
We accept returns on unworn, unaltered ready-to-wear pieces within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original VASTA LUXE packaging.
Eligible for Return
- Ready-to-wear jackets and blazers
- Items in original, unworn condition
- Pieces with original tags attached
- Items in original packaging
Not Eligible for Return
- Bespoke or made-to-order pieces
- Limited edition and numbered items
- Items with removed tags or altered
- Met Gala collection pieces
How to Return
Contact Client Services
Email vastraluxe4@gmail.com or call us at +91-9845039217 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please have your order number ready.
Receive Return Authorization
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and prepaid shipping label within 24 hours of your request.
Package Your Return
Place the item in its original packaging, include all tags and accessories, and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outer box.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer complimentary exchanges for different sizes or colors on all ready-to-wear pieces. To initiate an exchange:
- Contact our Client Services team with your order number and desired exchange
- We will ship your new item immediately upon processing your return
- Priority shipping is provided for all exchanges at no additional cost
Bespoke & Made-to-Order
Due to the personalized nature of our bespoke and made-to-order pieces, these items cannot be returned for a refund. However, we are committed to your complete satisfaction:
- Complimentary alterations to ensure perfect fit
- Dedicated fit consultations before and during production
- Quality guarantee on all craftsmanship for the lifetime of the garment
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for complimentary return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at your preference. Our lifetime craftsmanship warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may appear over time.
