Ready-to-Wear Orders

Ready-to-wear orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the item has not yet been shipped.

• Within 24 hours: Full refund, no questions asked
• After 24 hours, before shipping: May be possible, contact Client Services
• After shipping: Cannot be cancelled, but can be returned upon delivery

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order pieces enter production shortly after order confirmation. Cancellation policies vary based on production status:

• Before production begins (typically 48-72 hours): Full refund minus 5% processing fee
• During initial production phase: 50% refund
• Advanced production or completed: No refund available

Bespoke & Atelier Creations

Bespoke pieces are created specifically for you and involve significant resources from the moment of order:

• Before first fitting/consultation: 50% deposit retained, remaining refunded
• After first fitting or fabric cutting: Non-refundable

We encourage thorough consultation before placing bespoke orders to ensure complete satisfaction with your choices.

Due to the exclusive nature and limited availability of these pieces, all sales are final. Cancellations are not accepted once the order is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
